Cream Puff Filling
Ingredients
2 c whole milk
1.5 c sugar
1/3 c cornstarch
1 T flour
3 eggs, beaten
2 T butter
2 t vanilla
Directions

Whisk together sugar, cornstarch and flour.

Whisk together cream, milk and dry ingredients.

Add eggs and whisk together.

Microwave on high for 2 minutes.

Remove from microwave and stir.

Continue to microwave for 2 minutes and stir until it boils.

Boil for 30 seconds.

Remove from heat.

Add butter and vanilla and stir in completely.

Allow to cool them refrigerate.

Use for Cream Puffs.
